PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Effective and efficient project management calls for attention to details, prudent resource management, budget control, collaborative communication with field experts and exceptional customer focus. Our project and construction management team are completely at ease with the challenges.
IN COMPLETION
As part of our end-to-end services, we also include design planning for M&Es, Electrical, Aircon and Fire systems which is a huge part in relation to the design as a whole, following, all plans will be co-ordinated with and presented to building managements/local Authorities to ensure systems meet all necessary regulations to attain final in-Principal approvals to commence works.
